Old Essentials reports not working

Old Essentials reports not working

Using an older version of essentials (pre last upgrade) non of the larger reports (items list, customer list) are working and receiving an error message, "the dots dont line up". Is this due to not being upgraded?

 

I have access to another company upgraded file and the reports are working fine.

 

Is this some underhanded way of making users upgrade.

This issue has been seen to occur when using Internet Explorer and Microsoft edge. Please try using Google Chrome.


If you are already using Chrome, please check for Adobe Acrobat Extension on Chrome and turn it off

In the upper-right corner of the Chrome toolbar, click the Chrome menu icon (Smiley Happy and then choose More Tools > Extensions.

Alternatively, type chrome://extensions/ in the Chrome address bar and press Enter.

To turn on the Adobe Acrobat extension, click the toggle button.

Please let me know how you go.
