My dashboard shows I have a negative figure for overdue bills. When I drill the negative figure it takes me to bills but I can't match the figure with anything.

Hi @Leigh_P
If you're using MYOB Business, the overdue amount is calculating based on the to date. If you use today's date, it will show the overdue amount as of todays date. Therefore, if you click on the overdue link, the bill or invoice will only show as overdue if the chosen to date is after the due date on the invoice.
Kind regards,
Komal

Hmm..I'm not following. Can you see how the dates are set below on 'bills' and that there is nothering overdue but on the dash board it shows the negative amount overdue?
