Phone help

Is anyone else totally frustrated by the length of time it takes to get someone to answer a phone to get some technical help.

 

I've been waiting for over 70 minutes so far and still haven't spoken with anyone.

 

I think it stinks!!!   MYOB needs more staff!!!
