I have tried to add an advisor in Business Essentials, however the invitation was not received. I have cancelled the invitation and tried again, however I get a message that the email address already exists. I'm going around in circles here.
Also, when I navigate to the Users page, there is a message that says "There was an issue loading this page, Reload page". I've reloaded many times with no luck. I've closed and reopened the browser. I have cleared the cache. I have restarted my computer. The same thing happens on my laptop and desktop.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Please send us your product serial number and advisor's email address by Private Message, so we can check if the settings are correct on our end.
