Receipt in tray can't select an account to allocate

trying to create a new spend money. usually there will be a drop down list in "allocate to". But it doesn't pop out since yesterday. same problem with "account paid from" box. it doesn't allow me to type either

I would suggest logging out and logging back into your account. You may also clear your browser cache as well. Another option is to try a different browser from what you're currently using. Let me know it goes for you.
