I'm sorry to hear that you've had that experience, we are aware that some users have been unable to pull up some reports. This has now been resolved and you should be able to see the reports now.

one of my clients with the most upto date version of MYOB is unable to access aged receivable and aged payable reports

Thanks for your post and sorry to see that no one has replied to you yet. This issue has been resolved and all reports are working fine on our end. If you're still can't pulled up the reports, please could you clear the cache to refresh the browser.
