Security check emails sent to previous accountant

Hello,

 

Whenever I change settings in MYOB Business (such as employee bank accounts), I receive a "Security check: MYOB business settings have changed" email, although my previous accountant and anyone who previously had access to MYOB receives these emails. I have completely inactivated them in the Users section although these still go through, is this a system issue? How can I resolve?
