Set Monthy PAYG in new essentials

Hi everyone,

Where can I mark client having Monthly PAYG in setting/reports.

I can only see GST reporting not PAYG

Thanks for your post. It's not possible to set the reporting frequency for PAYG Withholding in the software. When you lodge activity statements online, the online activity statement dashboard will retrieve information from the ATO and show the statements you can complete. The fields available in the activity statements are determined by the ATO. 

When running the GST return report you can filter the dates for the applicable month to reconcile the monthly activity statement. You can also select Monthly PAYG Withholding for the W1 and W2 fields to be calculated on the last month in the period if you have a quarterly BAS with monthly PAYG.

Hi @DAtwell 

In the GST return report the Monthly PAYG withholding option is greyed out if the Reporting frequency is set to Monthly in Business settings>>GST settings. You would only need to select that option if your BAS reporting frequency is set to Quarterly or Annually.

I have changed the GST settings to monthly, quarterly and annually.  The Monthly PAYGW setting is still greyed out on the GST return.

I have this issue too. The monthly option is greyed out and unable to be selected. This used to work for the previous reporting period.

I have found that it is now working - although sometimes it is still greyed out - a bit hit & miss!!

I have changed the GST settings to quarterly.  The Monthly PAYGW setting is still greyed out on the GST return. How do I fix?

This doesnt work, when are MYOB going to fix the issue?
