'Something went wrong' error when creating bills - 3/5/2022

Hi everyone,

Product: AccountRight, MYOB Business/Newer MYOB Essentials

We are aware that some users are experiencing an error when using the Create bill window. Most users are reporting a 'Something went wrong"  message. Our teams are currently looking into this matter.

If you do use AccountRight, we do recommend using the AccountRight desktop app where possible to record that bill while we do investigate.

Apologies for the inconvenience caused, we'll provide updates here when we know more.

Kind regards,
Clover

Re: 'Something went wrong' error when creating bills - 3/5/2022

Hi all,

Our developers have deployed a few fixes over the last couple of days, this problem is resolved for most users.

If you are still having this problem, or getting the error 'Selected tax code does not exist' when creating bills, please try the following:

Accounting>Manage Linked accounts>Purchases>Tick "I Pay Freight on Purchases" >Select an account.

Save the changes then try creating bills again.

Kind regards,
Clover
