I am having the same issue.

 

Yesterday you couldn't even enter bills, now today this error!

Selected tax code does not exist

Yesterday, couldn't create bills, now today this error.

 

Very frustrating as we need to enter bills this morning.

Hi everyone

 

Can you please log out of your files, clear your browser cache and cookies, then log back in and try to create a Bill. If you still get the error after that please send screenshots of the Bill transaction.

I am having the same issue. Have restarted my browser and cleared chache to no avail.

I am also having this "Selected tax code does not exist" error today and yesterday I was unable to create a bill from my In Tray, however, I went into my desktop version of Account Right and was able to perform both actions there, so the issue is with the online version only. 

I also note that I am able to create bills from my In Tray today.

Hi, I keep getting the same error. I know that this was working properly up until 11pm AEST last night 03/05/2022.

 

Hoping for a quick solution.

I have closed it down and restarted the program for the second time and this seems to have solved the issue. Thanks for that.

Can you log out of your files, clear your browser cache and cookies, then log back in and try to create a Bill. Please let me know if you still get that error.
