Hi everyone
Can you please log out of your files, clear your browser cache and cookies, then log back in and try to create a Bill. If you still get the error after that please send screenshots of the Bill transaction.

I am having the same issue. Have restarted my browser and cleared chache to no avail.

I am also having this "Selected tax code does not exist" error today and yesterday I was unable to create a bill from my In Tray, however, I went into my desktop version of Account Right and was able to perform both actions there, so the issue is with the online version only.
I also note that I am able to create bills from my In Tray today.

Hi, I keep getting the same error. I know that this was working properly up until 11pm AEST last night 03/05/2022.

Can you log out of your files, clear your browser cache and cookies, then log back in and try to create a Bill. Please let me know if you still get that error.
