Transferring MYOB Essentials file previous old accountant

I have a new client. The old accounant has said they have a MYOB essentials file, they use to process the clients data. The client was unware of this. How do we go about the old accountant transferring this file to me or the client?

In these situations, we would need to send a change of details form to the primary contact of the account to complete and return so that we can transfer the ownership of the file. 

So that I can arrange this, could you please gather and send me the following details via private message:

• Serial number
• Business name 
• Your name + email
