Unable to Export to Excel

Hi

 

At the moment I cannot export to excel. When selecting the feature no excel file appears.

This happened in September as well and M James was able to email me a fix.

But Mike I have tried the fix from last time and did not work this time.

Help please.

Thanks for your post. So I can take a look into this for you, can you please retrieve the diagnostic log of the AccountRight file and attach it as a .TXT file to this thread.

Are you running the file on a server or a local computer ? Can you please try uninstalling and reinstalling the program, does it work ?

We use the Cloud version? 

I have uninstalled on my PC but where do I find the link to reinstall?
