Unable to add user

Hi Team,

My accountant has requested an invite to our MYOB system so that he can assist us but I am unable to add him as the user drop down button does not appear under the business name. I have tried looking it up under the help section but could not get resolve my issue.

Can someone look into this for us please.

• Your full name and email address
• Full name and email address of the user

I've edited and removed your serial number. Please do not add private information like serial number and ID on public posts in the future and you can share these details when a moderator reaches out to you seeking additional information via Private Message.
