Help, is anyone having issues with opening their on line file, mine are taking so long, then says "cannot confirm on line" please check your internet connection or disconnect your fire wall. I have just spoken to a consultant and they tell me there is an issue.
Would appreciate any comments or help.

The confirmations are not currently working, however, please send me your product serial number and company file code by Private Message, and I'll try confirming the file for you as soon as it's fixed.

Thank you so much Komal for responding to me message, the consultant advised that he would check my 2 serial numbers once the issue is completed, but if I am still having an issue by this evening, can I please look to your for help and I can private message you my serial numbers please?
