Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community Forum ! Can you please send me a private message with the following information so I can take a look into this for you:

  • Serial number 
  • Your full name and email address 
  • Company file code in the confirmation window

 

 

Update: Contact details for different country MYOB product was given.
