Unable to update info to STP2

Hi

 

When I go into "Prepare your payroll for STP Phase 2" in myob essentials payroll, I get an error with request ID:6f499d03-6fbc-4fe1-a842-549ef860a316

 

can you help, please.

Thank you for your post. We are sorry to hear that you are receiving an error preparing for STP Phase 2. May you please open the software in a private/incognito browser and attempt this process again? If the error persists, may you please send me a private message with the following details below: 

 

  • Serial Number
  • Company name
  • Your Full Name and Email address
  • Screenshot of the screen showing the error message
