I have provided so much feedback, NONE of which goes answered. MYOB seems not to care about how poorly their new software is

Yep,

 

Same here. 

 

This is such a half baked product.

 

And to add to that MYOB have discontinued the AccoutRight Basics and Standard product which new Essentials is supposed to replace, but which is missing so many useful features in the AccountRight product.

I have also raised a case via MYOB feedback. I am seeing duplicate copies of a single bank feed on my dahsboard. I was on the phone for over 4 hours now trying to speak with someone who can resolve the issue.

 

Next Step: Fair Trading and report the lack of customer support from MYOB and screenshots of long wait times over 2 hours.

MYOB won't do anything as they don't care about customers and the customer experience

We are still being charged for AccountRight pricing but the product is now **bleep**.

Really need to look an alternative such as Xero and the easiest way to migrate from MYOB to Xero. Hope there is a good website that provides some guide to get this done.

ive read or heard Xero is not much better. and no use to me to change over. would have to do start of the next FISCAL YEAR
