Hi there - I am new to all of this. I have checked everywhere and looked through the help menu but cannot find where I can check to see if an invoice or if a reminder has been sent to a customer.
I use MYOB Business

If you open the invoice again, the Activity history (at the bottom of the invoice) shows the invoice has been Emailed. This activity will also show when the email has been Viewed by the customer. Currently , invoice reminders cannot be tracked but they are sent daily between 4am - 6am.
