error with items

Not all items are able to be applied and cannot edit as get  error messages.

Hi @cj2 

 

I've arranged for a script to be run over the company file for you. This has worked for other users of a similar nature.

Do try that process again now and let us know how you get on with that.

If you are still impacted, getting the last four digits of the serial number would be ideal.
