To whom it may concern,
How are you?
My MYOB accuount-right email/invoices are undeliverable again (undeliverable only for one email address which I sent it to most), it seems like your server blocked the emails again like last time; it happened couples of times already over these 2-3 years. It looks like after you fixed it, it can work for couple of months, now it failed again.
Could you please look into this for me? Thank you.

Thank you for your post. There are a large number of reasons why an email would be rejected at the recipient's end from an environmental factor at their end to having that sender's email address blocked. Generally speaking, if the email has worked before getting them to whitelist/add it to their safe sender's list will allow for that email to be received successfully.
