slow responding when entering purchases from intray

slow responding when entering purchases from intray

how come as soon as you open the intray and start entering purchases MYOB completley slows down and takes ages to respond - both when scrolling in the intray, and when entering the actual purchase details? 

anyone else experiencing this or know how to fix this & stop it happening?

Thanks for your post.  Our teams are aware aware that some users are experiencing performance issues with MYOB business and AccountRight, our development teams are working to resolve.

 

If possible can you please provide me with the following information so I can pass this on to our teams:

  • the last FOUR digits of your serial number
  • are there pages that are worse than others, eg, banking, payroll etc
  • is it all times of the day or at certain times
  • are there any other programmes running at the same time, eg anti virus

In the mean time I would also recommend clearing your browser cache and trying via a different browser to see if this improves that window for you.
