Welcome to the Community Forum. We have been made aware of a situation that does impact Essentials when accessed through a different browser than Chrome e.g. Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge. If you are not using Google Chrome, could you switch to that browser and try again?
If you are already using Chrome then also check for an Adobe Acrobat Extension on Chrome and turn it off. To get to your extensions, type chrome://extensions/ then click the toggle button.
