myob is the most useless accounting package with absolutely no support.  Online you wait over an hour for help and they don't know what day it is!!!

My MYOB worked perfectly until your recent upgrade.  All purchases go through as a "electronic payment" asking for a statement text. I DO NOT use electronic payments - how do i remove this ?
