turn myob subscription invoice into a bill

I am new to MYOB

I get a myob subscription invoice to my inbox (my account). I want some way to automatically turn it into a bill, and appear on my dashboard as a bill to pay.

I also use Xero, and in xero this is done with a single click

Welcome to the Community Forum.

You would be able to use the In tray feature in your software to automatically change the invoice into a bill. 

Once you have an invoice loaded into your intray, you can select the eclipsis ( the three dots ... ) next to the document that you wish and choose Create Bill this will then read the data from the document and enter it in as a bill. While it does this it will also link the document to that bill.
