undeliverable emails

Have not been able to send invioces to one of our main customers for the last 3 days 

they come back as Undeliverable from bounce@apps.myob.com

can send them to any of their other emails address just not the main accounts one 

this has only occured in the last 3 days, have had them check their email and there is nothing wrong their end.

can you please explain why and what I can do to correct

To further assist you with this, kindly send me a private message with the following details:

 

  • Serial number
  • Name of primary contact and email address
  • Business name
  • Impacted email address
