When an administrator adds a new user and allows them access to the company online MYOB can all the other users see who the new user is and is the main administrator advised when a new user has been added??

Thanks for your post. In MYOB Business/Essentials file users don't have access to the Users window under your business name so they won't be able to see other users. 

There is no setting to get notified about changes in added owners. To see newly added owners they will have to go into the Users page.
