I desperately need help from tech support regarding a message I have setting up a new secondary file.
It could not be created because of a activation error.
Funny I had no problem getting through to the sales department a few days ago to pay for the creation of the file.
Should not be closed at EOM, many people/businesses work during the Christmas period!
