Contacting helpdesk

I have been trying to contact phone support to cancel my subscription. First, I'm told I'm too early and have to phone back later (I'm in NZ). Then, when I try the next day, I'm on hold for 35 minutes and then my call is disconnected. I try Live Chat - no response, just cuts out. I'm phoning again - again no response. What do I need to do to get someone to cancel my subscription? I can't do it through my log in - has to be by phone call, but that seems impossible. Help please!!

Should you wish to contact our phone-based teams these can be reached on 0508 328 382 (NZ). For cancellations, the best contact number would be  0800 005 936.
