Hi @barnes1 

 

The issue I referred to on this thread was resolved the same day, ie 1/10/2021. So that I can assist with your issue can you please provide details of the error you are getting? As your file has recently been migrated to the upgraded version of Essentials can you also confirm that you are logging in via app.myob.com?

I am currently experiencing this issue, is there are new outtage issue? I can confirm I have been logging in as directed.
