Still not able to log in either. Keep getting system errors, and then endless loop before it tells me my account doesn't exist.
Assume (hope?!) Essentials must be down?

If you go to https://status.myob.com/ it shows there is services being updated for the entirety of today... but it also says 'During this time there should be no impact. If you do experience issues, please try refreshing your screen.' clearly not the case... so frustrating!!!

Thanks, yes, saw that too. Screen refresh not working at all. Lets hope they finish the update and get things working again really soon. Just sent a grovelling message to my employees about payrun not happening tonight. Not acceptable really

it seems to have been down all night. I have been trying for a few hours now. can't get through to anyone as help centre stops at 5, so seems we are all a bit stuck until tomorrow morning unfortunately.
