MYOB Upgrade & Bank Reconciliation

Getting VERY frustrated with using the new Essentials platform.


Has anyone else encountered a problem where there are transactions showing in the bank transactions page that are then not showing when you try to reconcile the bank account.


I have a file which shows transactions being paid on 28-Sep but when I go to reconcile the bank they are not appearing and the bank will not reconcile. I have had my file upgraded and I have done a bank reconciliation as at 15-Sep and all is well. However when I get to reconcile at 30-Sep I am out of balance. How can this be when the transactions are there?????

Apologies for the delay in response. 


In order to identify what's causing the issue, the first step would be doing a future dated reconciliation, please enter the reconciliation date in the future, e.g, 30/04/2023, complete this future-dated reconciliation and then undo.  This should refresh the reconciliation page and start to bring up the previous reconciliations and also may refresh the calculated closing balance.
