Myob essentials cannot log in

Is anyone else having Myob essentials issues? I was working and everything seemed to be going ok. Then all of a sudden the whole systems stops working and my business and all invoices etc have vanished and I cannot access anything.

Maybe the planned upgrade is happening now?

At the time of your post, we weren't aware of any widespread reports of MYOB Essentials being unavailable or encountering that situation as you have described in your post. Following the migration of your MYOB Essentials business to the newer platform it does appear that the user access hasn't worked as intended for yourself thus that business is not showing. This is something that our team is investigating with the utmost urgency to resolve as soon as possible for you.

I have exactly the same issue and cannot get anything at all except a page saying put the business in and nothing happens.    I see this started yesterday for you, have they fixed it yet and I have been on hold for over an hour now to the support team.

My Essentials has obviously been migrated overnight and now I have no access to anything

I have been on hold for over an hour to try to get access to my MYOB essentials which must have migrated overnight.   I need this access, I need to pay my staff.     How do I get this fixed if it is impossible to get any answers or access to anyone who works at MYOB.    So frustrating.

It does appear that you have been impacted by a similar situation as others on this Thread. While I don't have a timeframe for when that situation will be resolved, I have indicated with the required team that you are impacted so we can get that resolved for you as soon as possible.

Thank you.   Sorry but it is just really frustrating not having any way to contact MYOB with an issue when it is important.   I appreciate you passing on my issue.
