New essentials - issues with Item

Preparing Sales invoice:  A number of items show up with the following error message.

I can confirm the following:


1  items have been sold before

2  some items seem as per ususal - ie  auto fill 

3  when i have gone into reports to check fields for obvious errors - myob repies with Something went wrong (as below)

4 my client has attempted to prepare her invoice on 3 different days with the same results.


This client was very able using 'old' essentials - she had no problems with the software.  Since the move to the new platform she is becoming more and more frustrated and for her sake I am considering a change of software.  

MYOB support are not taking any more calls - traffic too high.

This issue can be caused if there are duplicates for the same item in the database, and so we can check if that's the issue, please send me your serial number by Private Message.
