Profit and Loss Report failed to load

Profit and Loss Report failed to load

I am trying to run the standard Profit and Loss Report and I get a message saying "failed to Load"

 

This was working fine 3 days ago. Is there a problem on the backend ?

 

I also get the same meesage when trying to load a budget

I can not run P&L or cash flow reports at the moment.  (all day) 

I just have a blank screen...

The blank page of doom is also appearing in our MYOB essentials for Profit and Loss.

The P&L report and Budget Management are both all working again now for me.

Hi Everyone

 

We did see some reports of clients encountering an Failed to Load error message when loading the Profit and Loss report within their MYOB Essentials.

In the cases, we have seen of this message it appears to have been resolved and clients should now be able to access that report without that message occurring. If you are still encountering an error do look at clearing your brower's cache before trying that process again.


Note: Encountering a blank window when attempting to run that report may be a different situation.

Hi @megTB 

 

The issue around the error message ‘Failed to load” has been resolved and clients should now be able to run those reports.

 

If you’re getting a blank report then I would start by clearing the cache on the browser you are using. In some instances this has helped users overcome a blank report. In addition its also worth trying a different browser such as Google Chrome as in some cases different browsers can having different experiences when trying to run reports.
