I can't find a report to show quantities of expenses purchased eg litre of fuel. The old Essentials it used to show up in the General Ledger report.

The Quantity column can be added to the General Ledger report within the Newer MYOB Essentials platform by running the report and selecting Customise. Within the pop-up window, select to display the Quantity column (bottom of the list) and select Apply. Once added, when you expand the individual accounts, to see the individual details you'll be able to see those quantities.
Note: Like the Original MYOB Essentials platform, Quantities for items included on Sales and Purchases would not be shown in those. The Quantities that are being reported are the ones on banking transactions and journal entries.
