Setting up Bank Feeds in Essentials

Hi Everyone, When I started my MYOB Essentials I applied for the Bank feed, and never heard back (was early-mid August). And now when I try and apply again it just says:

 

Something went wrong

Try refreshing your browser
If the issue persists, contact MYOB support

 

 

What do I do???
