Toil notification

I have been approached by staff that would like to have their TOIL listed on their payslips. I am unaware of any mechanism in MYOB to have this in their profile/payslip. Has anyone out there got any suggestions. We currently record it in a book, but I would be keen to know what other businesses are doing with their TOIL recording. Thanks in anticipation. David

Your MYOB Essentials platform doesn't allow for the user to set up additional entitlements such as Time off in lieu (TOIL). Note: A user can set up an earning pay item and pay those amounts out. At a push you could add in the Notes to appear on payslip field in the Pay Centre the required information and entitlement hours. This would, of course, be needed to calculated and manually added/updated each time a pay was processed.

Going forward the newer MYOB Essentials platform, which users of the original MYOB Essentials platform, will be migrated to would be able to create new leave pay items and showcase these on the payslip (if required).
