Today MYOB essentiaals suddenly started emailing me a copy of every invoice a send out. It never happened before. The question of how to turn this feature off has already been addressed in this forum and I know I can untick the "send me a copy" every time I send out an email. I also know that if I untick that option then it will still be unticked next time I need to email that customer.
My question is this. Is there anyway I can disable this feature once for all future emails for every customer so that I dont have to remember to uncheck that box with each new email?

Thanks for your post. Unfortunately there isn't a feature to have this feature disabled completely, you will need to untick that option when emailing a customer.

This is a terrible deisgn fault in the software.
Why would I want to receive a copy of every invoice I send? Will there be a fix for this?

There isn't plans on to have this removed as it is an implemented feature. We appreciate your feedback and have passed it on.
