2FA - From one phone to another. Please help.

I have purchased a new phone. I have un-installed Google Authenticator on the old phone and installed onto the new phone. After unsuccessful attempts at logging on using the displayed code, I attepted to sync the internal clock. The following message appeared, Authenticator's internal clock was not adjusted because it appears to be in sync with Google servers.

 

Can you please suggest what to try now.

Hi @CamACT 

 

Normally when moving to a new phone, you'll need to log in to my.account.myob.com to authorise the change of 2FA device. It requires a verification code from your old device to authorise the switch.

 

Since you don't have access to the previous authenticator anymore, please follow the steps explained in this Help article, under the 'I don't have my old phone, and need to set up a new phone' option to set it up again.
