ABN in Super Portal

We have changed our ABN in MYOB Essentials but now it won't let me upload our Super file into the Super Portal as they don't match.

How do I change our ABN in the Super Portal?

Hi @lozzie81 

 

As you are unable to change the ABN in the Super Portal directly, you would need to have the Super Processing Team update this on the backend as this cannot be changed on the frontend.

 

To do this, email superportal@myob.com listing:

  • The MYOB Serial Number (Found under the Business Name in the top right)
  • The Business Name showing in the top right
  • The old ABN
  • The new ABN

From there the team should then update the details. Note that this can take up to 5 business days to process.
