We have changed our ABN in MYOB Essentials but now it won't let me upload our Super file into the Super Portal as they don't match.
How do I change our ABN in the Super Portal?
As you are unable to change the ABN in the Super Portal directly, you would need to have the Super Processing Team update this on the backend as this cannot be changed on the frontend.
To do this, email firstname.lastname@example.org listing:
From there the team should then update the details. Note that this can take up to 5 business days to process.
