AMEX statement not matching MYOB bank feeding

Hi all,

I don't know if anyone is experiencing the same situation. I'm using AMEX paltinum business card to pay suppliers. the bank feeding has been set up and transactions are appearing in banking section.

I receive bank statment from AMEX on 10th each month, which doesn't match all transactions in the MYOB banking, for example, I might paid 10 suppliers on 10th and actually showing 10 transactions in MYOB, however there might be only 2 transactions on the AMEX statement.

As MYOB essential is different from MYOB Accountright, it has all transactions automatically posted, I could not untick the transaction. How can we fix this? any advice?

Hi @Hi-Fifi

Thanks for your post. You can turn off auto-matching in Essentials by going to Banking>>Manage Rules and unticking Auto-match bank transactions to MYOB Essentials transactions.
