So this is really starting to become annoying.
A few weeks ago I had an issue with my ANZ feeds that where looked at and subsequently started working. They again stopped last week (17/11). Being close to the end of the month I have payments coming in and overdue reminders going out to customers that have already paid their invoices. I see alot of references to bank feeds not working lately which leads me to think there are some issues going on behind the scenes.
Can we get the issues resolved please.

So its been nearly 2 weeks without any feeds. In fact I think I have only had 2 or 3 days out of the month where I have had feeds come through.
I believe my subscription entitles me to 250 transactions per month. Not sure I have had any value this month. I have had to turn reminders off for the time being.

I understand that a ticket was lodged on your behalf with our internal team with respect to your bank feeds to have them under investigation. From what I can see of that ticket, in mid-November we have pushed the recent transactions through. Are you still encountering a situation where those feeds have not flowed through to your MYOB Essentials business? If so, what was the last transaction that you have received bank feeds for - with this information we can pass it back to the our team for further investigation.

I had a feed come through on the 17th for two accounts. Nothing since.
