API Maintenance

Can MYOB please advise on the maintenance of the API - we are unable to export invoices from our invoicing system into MYOB due to this maintenance issue.  It appears to have been 'down' for several days and is bringing a halt to our supplier payment run. Thanks.

Thank you for your post and sorry to hear this is occurring for you. Are you able to provide me some more information to help investigate this for you: 

 

  • what exactly happens when you try to export an invoice (i.e. it freezes, times out)
  • if you are getting any error messages

The problem appeared to be fixed around midday today and started working again.
