ATO Report wages Single Touch Payroll

Hi, a question, with the new Single Touch Payroll and Myob Essential .

I am self employed and very often I do not withdraw wages on a regular basis.

Should I still report when I withdraw a wage even if I do that 2-4 times a month?

Or should I do it once a month and simply report the total wages for that month?
