A client has dropped off our list of accessible clients through the partner dashboard.
They have not changed anything and say we are still linked as advisor.
But we can no longer see them when we log in.
Can someone please assist.
By Partner Dashboard I'm assuming you mean: partner.myob.com
In which case, the Transaction Processing screen should be showing any files that are accessible to the Email Address you logged in with. If you log into that file with a different email for example, you won't be able to see it.
This can be very specific to your Login account and the Client's ledger and there isn't any general steps to try, so could you please send me a Private Message with:
I should be able to track down what is happening from this and be able to list what needs to happen to fix it.
