Accountant unable to receive advisor invitation


I have sent my accountant several invitations to my MYOB Essentials account. She is not receiving them at all. She has checked the company's spam filter, and they don't appear to have been included in the blocked messages.

Can you please help?

To invite an advisor to your company file go to your Business Name (top right)>>Invite Advisor. You would enter the required email address and select Send. Once that send has been enter an advisor email would be sent through to the corresponding email address for them to accept.

If they have not received that advisor invite I would check to make sure that the correct email address has been entered. If the correct email has been entered do check the junk inbox on that respected email program, I have seen the email go through to that box rather than the inbox.  

Alternatively you could look at sending them an a invite just as a regular users that occasionally has worked for me in the past.
