Adding new users that share a generic email address

We have four employees that all use the same company email address but I want to add them in MYOB Essentials as separate users as at the moment they are all Administrators and I want to make them all Standard Users.

Hi @TC1808 

 

We do recommend each user having a separate email address, not only does this help keep each user separate but it also keeps them secure.

 

In terms of turning an administrator user into a standard user, click Edit then change their Privilege to Standard User. Do note that each user would need to be changed separately
