Hi All,
Hope you can help.
Actually, I am looking for advice more than help...
I already have a business that uses MYOB Essentials (Unlimited Payroll) - I love it!
However, I am starting a side-line brand that I want to be able to invoice separately for.
A sort of 'parent / child' company situation.
As I understand it, I can only create one invoice (design) per account. In other words, the logo from the parent company.
But what if I want to invoice specifically for this one new product?
I would love to have a new looking invoice / logo for this...
So, am I able to do this, or do I have to create a new business account (just for this one thing)?
And if I do this, can I do it with the lowere cost account (payroll for one), as I will still be paying everyone through the parent company...
I hope that makes sense.

Not sure of the volume of transactions you would be looking at, but if low (first 20 are free) you could look at an add on solution like servicem8 works with apple devices https://www.servicem8.com/au/
It comes with it’s own sales templates and just pushes the $$$ through to MYOB Essentials

MYOB Essentials is designed to be run for one business per MYOB Essentials subscription. As such you can only enter in the company information, logo and other values for the one business. If another business does need to be set up to track another business within MYOB Essentials this can be done via My Business>>Add a Business. This new business doesn't carry information across from the old business, as such it can be set up to be a MYOB Essentials Accounting or MYOB Essentials Starter business, without impact to the other business.
Alternatively, as @PaulBihet has indicated, there may be add-ons that can be obtained to achieve what you are after - MYOB Add-on Centre does have a list of potential list of add-ons available.

This all makes perfect sense.
If possible, I would like to keep everything together as I quite like the functionality of the invoicing system.
So a new business combining the income streams in the original account is what I would prefer to do if possible.
I will have a look at the add-ons too in case there is anything there I can use.
