Addresses stored in essentials not updating

We have at least 3 addresses appearing in our account

 

1. The address you quote on your invoices in years out of date

2. The address you quote on my advices to the ATO are obsolete

3. The address I store in Business Details is correctly quoted on invoices

 

Please advise

Hi @Elana_K 

 

I've removed some older addresses from your account leaving the Level 3 257 Cxxx Street address. This should allow for that address to come through on your MYOB subscription invoices going forward. If that Level 3 257 Cxxx Street address is not the current one, can you send me through a private message with the current address and I'll get that updated for you.

 
In terms of the address information for payroll reporting, this is pulled from the Business address information in the Business Name Menu >>Business Details within MYOB Essentials. I would recommend the reviewing that information if you do have incorrect details for payroll reporting.
